Work History

June 2013 – Present

Art Team Leader at Playtech

Acting as Art Team Leader my role is to manage the art production for the online and retail games produced by the ‘Vikings’ division at Playtech.

Working with the Game Producer we develop mock ups and storyboards to help us understand what is  required for each game.

It is then my responsibility to plan the production, distribute the work to either myself or the appropriate art team member (in house and outsourced), make sure all sprint goals are met and all artwork and animations are delivered to a professional standard and on time.

I will then continue working with the development team to ensure all assets are optimised and prepared to be used in our games.

I am also responsible for producing demo videos to illustrate to others the key stages of the game, plan the timing and motion of the gameplay and ensure all game assets function correctly.

I have also been focussing on improving the production process of Playtech Games by introducing and developing tools, templates and production folders that aid artists, animators and developers.
